Refund Policy

1. General Policy

ShopFlow ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e-commerce platform. This Refund Policy governs all payments made to ShopFlow for services, including but not limited to setup fees, domain registration fees, and per-order transaction fees.

All payments made to ShopFlow are final and non-refundable. By using our services and making any payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, except as required by applicable law.

2. Setup Fees

The one-time setup fee of LKR 8,000 covers domain registration, database hosting setup, and initial store configuration. This fee is charged once at the time of store creation and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Store closure or termination
  • Dissatisfaction with services
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Change of business requirements
  • Voluntary cancellation of services

3. Domain Registration and Renewal

Domain names are registered and renewed on an annual basis. Sellers are responsible for remitting payment to ShopFlow for domain renewal fees. ShopFlow will then process the payment to the domain registrar on your behalf.

Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed, the payment cannot be reversed. This applies regardless of:

  • Whether the domain is actively used
  • Store closure or termination
  • Transfer of domain ownership
  • Any other circumstances

Sellers must ensure timely payment of domain renewal fees. Failure to pay domain renewal fees may result in domain expiration and potential loss of the domain name.

4. Per-Order Transaction Fees

The per-order transaction fee of LKR 30 is charged for each order processed through the platform. This fee is automatically deducted and is non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Order cancellation by the customer
  • Order refunds or returns
  • Failed deliveries
  • Disputes or chargebacks
  • Any other order-related issues

5. Service Interruptions

ShopFlow strives to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned, do not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated by ShopFlow for violation of our Terms and Conditions, or if you voluntarily terminate your account, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid, including setup fees, domain fees, or transaction fees.

7. Exceptions

The only exception to this no-refund policy is where a refund is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. In such cases, we will comply with the legal requirements.

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate the matter and, if we determine the charge was made in error, we will issue a credit or refund as appropriate. However, this does not apply to fees that were correctly charged for services rendered.

10. Changes to This Policy
